About Broghan

So you’re looking for something different. Something meaningful. A distraction and therapy in one. You want a song to grab you by the ears and say “I get it”. A song that’s taken all your jumbled thoughts and laid them out into one melodic piece that will stick in your head long enough to drown out the repetitive, stressful, noise that was there before. So did Broghan. So she decided to make her own.

The young Scottish artist went from there, turning her own and other stories into songs, illustrating each one through stunning paintings and drawings. Now, Broghan is an independent artist, whose music has been played by radio stations all over the world.

With songs across all streaming platforms, she has produced two music videos and performed gigs around Scotland, at iconic venues like King Tuts. Broghan’s performances captivate crowds, notably doing so when opening for Lewis Capaldi in 2023, at the OVO Hydro, to an audience of 12,000.

Broghan has been praised by industry professionals for her unique story-telling ability, writing powerful, cinematic songs, with catchy melodies, moving vocals and thought provoking lyrics. With A&R Factory stating in an article about Broghan’s single, The Calm Before The Storm, “She’s a phenomenon in her own right, and it is only a matter of time before she’s showered with plaudits and songwriting awards”.
